Our Trading team has gone through rapid growth over the past few years and is looking to the future. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for all sports, we’d like to hear from you! 

As an Analyst (Trading) you will work within the William Hill US Trading Team, helping to manage risk and liability of events in line with WHUS Trading Policy.

Under direction from Trading team management, an Analyst’s day-to-day tasks will include: 

  • Administration and set up of pre-game markets and product via trading tools
  • Risk management of pre-game events
  • Approve wagers in a timely manner in line with WHUS Trading Policies
  • Identify and highlight significant customers
  • Assist with reporting requirements as directed by the management team 

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 + years’ experience in the gaming industry, work experience as an analyst is preferred
  • Must be a strong Excel user
  • Must be passionate and knowledgeable about sports
  • Can learn new technology and is detail oriented
  • Must be able to work any day, any shift, including major sports events and holidays
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills – ability to understand and calculate odds 
  • Commercial acumen – analytical skills with the ability to identify and create opportunities for growth
  • Results driven – thrives on improving results and profitability
  • Quick thinking and decisive – ability to make trading decisions without hesitation
  • Ability to rapidly build relationships and to work in collaboration with other teams and functions across the business
  • Ability to take direction from Trading team management 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to obtain and be eligible for a Gaming License or Registration/Permit in any jurisdiction where one is required

In addition, you will work alongside a team of experienced sports traders eager to share their knowledge, and they play a key role in the business. All traders/analysts have the potential to generate or lose income for our business.
