Job description

Content Management Support Specialists play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have access to the most up to date content at all times and across every channel.  This role will report to the CMS Manager.  The CMS Specialist will be primarily responsible for managing and creating content for both our sports books and the mobile app.  

Other responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with colleagues at our sportsbooks to ensure correct content is displayed
  • Work closely with our trading team to ensure content is displayed correctly on our mobile app
  • Setting up templates for sports betting
  • Prioritizing sport events to place on displays
  • Creating sports betting sheets for sportsbooks using Crystal Reports and Excel
  • Troubleshooting Windoes PCs remotely via VNC
  • Establishment of effective and professional relationships with all levels of William Hill employees and customers/vendors
  • Promotes a positive image for William Hill within the industry and community


  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Windows troubleshooting
  • Multi-tasking skills under deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
