William Hill Group CS Phils., Inc. is an in-house contact centre in BGC, Taguig supporting one of the most trusted brands in the UK, attracting millions of customers from around the world.

Our CSRs:

  • Assists customers via chat, email and phone
  • Solves customers’ concerns in a timely and friendly manner
  • Provide the best customer experience at all times

If you have what it takes and meet the requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer literacy (eg. Word, Excel)
  • At least 21 years old
  • Amenable to shifting schedule
  • 6 months of contact centre experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
