You just enjoy fixing things and helping people, we know.  As an End User Computing Analyst you’ll do just that.  Desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, phones, hardware and software you’ll repair and maintain them all.  Providing 1st and 2nd line support to all our colleagues in the London office, you’re crucial in ensuring they’re able to please our customers constantly.

Your role in the team


·         With your can do approach and ability to fix things you’ll be responding to, recording and resolving incidents and service request from all levels of the business.  

·         You’ll install, maintain and distribute software and hardware across the business, impressing us all at the speed in which you resolve issues, helping us to get back up and running with all things tech.

·         You’ll be a real technical expert and people will turn to you for help when they need it most.  You stay up to date with technology advances and investigate new hardware and software products to help us do things better.

Skills needed


We’d like you to have previous experience of supporting both hardware and software, along with a real passion to help others.  You’ll have experience of Service Desk applications and good knowledge of ITIL processes, as well as being skilled in basic network troubleshooting, client VPN, Cisco AMP, Checkpoint and Bitlocker.  You’ll also bring knowledge of Jamf, SCCM. Airwatch and supporting Office 365 and Apple Mac OS environments.  We’re a global business too, so you’ll need to know how to support conference call systems such as Bluejeans.
