We are currently looking for passionate persons to join our team at the position of:

Customer Service Advisor with ITALIAN language
The Customer Service Advisor provide support to our multinational customers. Their main responsibilities include:

• Communication with customers using inbound and outbound chat, email and phone;
• Providing technical assistance for products, websites, software, etc.;
• Answering customer queries in timely and professional manner.

Therefore we need you to:

• Be absolutely fluent (or native) in Italian, both written and spoken;
• Have good command of English;
• Easily operate a computer and find yourself about internet and new software;
• Be pro-active, friendly and communicative;
• Be eager to grow with a team.

Don’t worry if you have no previous experience in working with clients, we will train you – that’s part of the deal. If you do have experience, on the other hand, don’t waste it – come and we’ll expand it together.
