William Hill is looking for a Junior In-App Display Executive that is eager to learn and to develop skills further within the UK Marketing & Business Development department.

What you will be doing

  • Manage a portfolio of UK-based publishers in WH Online’s UK online media team - reporting to the Online Media manager.
  • Create new mobile app deals leading to increased acquisitions, aiming to achieve a positive ROI on all deals 
  • Assist in planning and purchase of media; negotiating best deals with media suppliers, as well as providing the best service and support to all publishers
  • Represent the company at conferences and meetings with suppliers
  • Manage all aspects of our publisher and media programs and ensure delivering against customer acquisition goals at agreed acquisition costs 
  • Ensure necessary assets are provided and campaigns go live on time and accurately
  • Monitor ROI and campaigns results, data analysis and optimization
  • Build out retention campaigns to assist in maintaining daily actives for William Hill
  • Manage and Maintain relationships with existing partners, and take ownership, maintain, control and scale existing & new campaigns 
  • Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports of performance and activities
  • Cooperate with stakeholders/departments within the company and attend regular internal meetings with stakeholders, to update on progress in channel
  • Be able to work in a global company with matrix managers
