Job Description

Reporting to the risk manager, the Risk Officer will provide quality customer service to telephone queries and requests from both Internal and external customers and third parties, whilst accurately delivering information about policies and handling any challenging customer situations with empathy and with customer care at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

You will demonstrate the following:

  • Strong literacy, verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Computer literacy, use of Microsoft office suite
  • Prior experience using CRM and telephony systems
  • Basic level of wagering knowledge in both Sports and Race trading rules and regulations
  • Have availability to work weekends and public holidays
  • Eager to learn
  • Can do attitude
  • Qualified by experience

Other Information

This will initially be a 6 month contract with a view to extend.

You must be eligible to work in Australia.
