Job description

Promote one of the biggest names in betting & gaming!

William Hill’s Creative Studio is looking for an Account Manager to help deliver fresh and eye-catching work that helps promote one of the biggest names in the betting & gaming industry.

About Us

We make a huge investment in everyone, offering great career development opportunities. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we thrive in a fast-paced environment where we have fun, celebrate success and give you all the tools you’ll need to be your best self. It’s not just our colleagues we look after – we’ve got a responsibility to our customers too and we work hard on our ambition to promote safer gambling.

The Job

Our Account Managers play a key role in the Creative Studio. You will help build, plan and deliver creative marketing projects across the company, making sure they’re executed to the highest standard. This role is focussed on the gaming side of the William Hill business and will also own all the Mr Green client too.

The Studio is the heartbeat of William Hill and you’ll work closely with all areas of the business, from across the globe, to bring our brand to life for our target audience.

Responsibilities

You’ll proactively reach out to and work with internal clients, interpreting gaming briefs and building relationships, while managing the marketing projects through the studio from briefing to delivery. This will include hosting meetings with internal stakeholders to deliver on the brief and regular updates, ensuring risks and issues are documented and communicated to minimise disruption to successful delivery. You will work alongside the traffic manager and design managers to resource the right people to work on the right brief and facilitate collaboration across the delivery team and group as a whole.

About You

  • You will have related experience, ideally within an agency setting
  • Gaming knowledge is desirable but not essential
  • A confident communicator, able to listen and speak to people on all levels
  • A passion for delivering a first-class service and attention to detail
  • Able to work across a variety of production processes and be aware of their technological requirements.
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to the demands of challenging and unusual projects.
  • Able to multi-task and keep to deadlines
  • Able to work under pressure

William Hill in Leeds

Leeds has established itself as a hub for tech, digital and gaming companies, and we’re proud to be part of its evolution.

There’s a great buzz around the city, with fantastic places to shop, eat and socialise. And for those who love the great outdoors, we’re also close to the Yorkshire Dales. Last, and by no means least, Leeds is also a huge sporting city with Leeds United, Leeds Rhinos and Yorkshire Cricket Club all on our doorstep.

We’re delighted to have welcomed our teams back to the office, and have robust Covid19 measures in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all staff. We offer a balanced approach to office and home working – now and for the long-term future – with staff given the opportunity to split their work 80-20 between home and the office.
