A new employer has come to NJ, William Hill Race and Sports Book and our marketing department is gearing up for the expansion. We are conducting a search for a Marketing Manager.  In this role you will help ensure the successful execution of William Hill's marketing campaigns and initiatives by supporting the marketing team. This role reports to the VP, Marketing Finance & Operations.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with internal teams (operations, brand, acquisition) to assist in the execution of marketing campaigns:
  • Manage the marketing budget on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist in writing marketing briefs.
  • Work with agency to coordinate planning and execution of creative and marketing plans.
  • Analyze and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including analysis of promotions.
  • Work cross-functionally across multiple internal departments, from finance to operations to meet marketing objectives
  • Help execute and manage partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Collect data and prepare recaps of events or initiatives on an as needed basis.
  • Handle multiple projects at one time.

What You Will Need: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience working for an advertising agency or in a quick-paced marketing environment
  • Experience supporting multiple campaigns at a time 
  • Experience working with multiple marketing vehicles and channels
  • Experience writing marketing briefs and working with agencies and/or designers to execute them
  • Familiarity with sports and betting industries a plus
  • Positive, solution-orientation attitude
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with working fluency in Powerpoint
  • Strong analytics and quantitative skills, with working fluency in Excel
  • Proactive, with an eye towards continuous improvement
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with an ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Energetic, collaborative, and self-motivated
