Job description

The Procurement Specialist works closely with the CFO to manage the procurement process in the company. This position is responsible for the establishment at a dedicated procurement function within a rapidly expanding business.

  • Create, build, and establish procurement best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Work with and business partner all departments
  • Maintain timely communication with the CFO
  • Monitor adherence to contractual terms
  • Achieve cost efficiencies
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested
Minimum Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent 
  • 5+ years of specific accounting/finance or Supply Chain experience
  • 2+ years of Gaming industry experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; previous training experience is beneficial
  • Ability to multi-task on various projects, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of interpersonal skills with demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
  • Ability to manage analytical, challenging business issues with financial and operating efficiency implications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
