As a Risk Analyst at William Hill you will have overall responsibility for managing the risk of a region of worldwide countries. You will use a variety of advanced tools to analyze client behavior and form strategies to maximize revenue.

You'll also be responsible for identifying and investigating incidents of suspected and actual fraudulent activity. The role also includes daily interaction with William Hill retail operators and various internal stakeholders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Uses in house and third party tools to detect potential fraud across all relevant William Hill platforms
  • Makes accurate, well informed risk analysis of customer behavior
  • Takes appropriate follow up action on customer accounts in line with the risk analysis and company procedures
  • Meets the department’s expected levels of productivity and quality Key Performance Indicator
  • Ensures regulatory compliance by ensuring all appropriate processes are followed
  • Provides ongoing feedback and raises problems based on day to day experience as part of the departments continuous improvement
  • Provides ongoing feedback around fraudulent activities from all sources to contribute to team fraud and risk knowledge base
  • On occasion, may be tasked with contributing to the compilation of and submission of regular reporting

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years risk and fraud experience
  • Sports Admin or Trading experience is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
  • Resourcefulness and ability to work with various support groups
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Flexibility to work different shifts
