William Hill Bulgaria is the multilingual support center of UK’s leading bookmaker and one of the most recognized and trusted brands in the gaming industry – William Hill.
William Hill provides gaming and betting services across multiple channels: online, on the high street, on the phone and on the move. The teams based in Bulgaria provide online and offline technical support to multinational clients abroad enjoying different products of the gaming industry.

We are currently looking for passionate persons to join our team at the position of:
The main role of the Risk Agent is to protect company’s operations against risk & fraudulent activities and to provide back office support to different company departments, following certain risk procedures.

The main responsibilities are:

• Monitoring clients’ accounts and transaction data for suspicious activities and possible fraud.
• Analyse and prevent Credit Card and alternative payment methods' fraud.
• Review documents for possible fraud, as well as ensuring documents validity.
• Recommend fraudulent and suspicious deposits for cancellation to prevent chargebacks/returns.
• Ensure all payment related queries are handled correctly, on time in a professional manner.
• Providing support via chats and emails to internal customers about risk related queries.
• Reviewing suspicious customers’ activity and deciding on actions to be taken based on findings and according to the respective risk procedures.
• Cooperating with third parties in fraud prevention and detection.

The requirements for taking on the position include:

• Ability to define problems, gather information and reach valid conclusions
• Previous experience as back office support/customer support will be considered as an advantage
