Your role in the team

You’ll also filfil Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) as required.

Skills needed

You’ll have probably been working for a little while in IT support as a Service Support Analyst or similar. You’ll know how to support Windows machines though it would be awesome if you know how to support Macs too!

It goes without saying, you’ll know about Active Directory, AD users, Office365, Exchange, DFS Management, MDM software (ideally Airwatch) as well as DHCP IP provisioning and an awareness of Powershell. You'll ideally have experience of supporting remote users including laptops and mobiles. A good understanding of GDPR and the requirement for data security would be a bonus.

Naturally, you’ll have great communication skills.

What we offer

We’ll welcome you on-board with 25 days holiday (not to mention 8 bank holidays and an extra day for your birthday), a rewarding bonus scheme, an attractive pension package, healthy gym discounts and a staff benefits scheme. Plus, our season ticket loan and handy Metro Card loan will save you money getting to work and getting around town. And if you see the journey to work as part of your fitness regime, you’ll just love our Cycle to Work scheme.
