support center of UK’s leading bookmaker and one of the most recognized and trusted brands in the gaming industry – William Hill. We provide gaming and betting services across multiple channels: online, on the high street, on the phone and on the move.

William Hill Bulgaria provides online and offline technical support to multinational clients abroad enjoying different products of the gaming industry.

We are looking for you - SWEDISH VIP CUSTOMER SUPPORT with or without experience to:

  • Manage on a day-to-day basis the accounts of the company’s top-tier betting customers
  • Prepare scheduled and ad hoc personalized offers
  • Build up individualized relations with each player via phone, email and chat
  • Prepare and analyze reports regarding customer experience
  • Monitor clients’ accounts and market performance
  • Actively look for ways to increase the quality of the provided services & the business revenue

You possess:

  • Fluent written & spoken Swedish language
  • Good English language skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to easily deal with challenging situations
  • Continuous track record of target achievement
  • Influencing and sales skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Desire to collaborate in a team
  • Passion for sports
