William Hill Online is a well-respected, trusted gaming, live casino and sports betting provider throughout the UK.  We also offer our products internationally and have a growing Japanese VIP client base.  We are looking for a new VIP Manager to present our customers with an experience befitting of one of the world’s leading betting companies. 

Naturally you are a native Japanese speaker and writer, who understands the needs and expectations of your Japanese customers.  You have experience of managing customers and, ideally a team, to respectfully represent your company and deliver successful business objectives. Working with our VIP Operations Manager in Sofia, you’ll be responsible for the overall VIP strategy for the Japanese business, developing innovative and entrepreneurial ideas to attract higher staking customers.

Leading at least one VIP Executive, you will influence Customer Services, Marketing, Compliance, Trading and other gaming teams to maximise the customer experience.   You find yourself effortlessly making connections with high net worth people.  Understanding their unique needs and expectations, coupled with your passion for sports or online gaming, you will take our business from strength to strength.

An experienced customer facing Account Manager, Sales Manager or Service Leader, this opportunity will give you plenty of opportunity to develop your career in London.
