Job description

We are looking for a leader who will be responsible for leading William Hill marketing operations and the marketing finance process. This person will work with the CMO to ensure that the key marketing processes are in place and executed, serving all channels and marketing team, while keeping marketing budget and results up-to-date against the company’s yearly and quarterly financial targets.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide strategic and operational rigor to operationalize marketing across all channels, including digital, social, creative, and offline media
  • Develop annual marketing budget and track progress in partnership with CMO + channel leaders, working closely with VP Performance Marketing, Media Planner, and Brand Director
  • Track and report on marketing plan progress to budget
  • Lead monthly cross-functional team meetings to report on progress against targets
  • Develop and consolidate overall annual marketing road map
  • Work with Business Intelligence to ensure that reporting and dashboards serve the purpose of financial tracking
  • Working with Marketing ROI data to propose improvements and optimizations, working with marketing channel leads
  • Ensure marketing contracts are in place and compliant to WH and state regulations, support suppliers in closing contracts and shepherd invoicing process
What You will Need: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing ops and/or finance for a large scale brand; 4+ years' experience in a leadership role
  • A keen interest in sport and media
  • A natural planner and high diligent in delivery, with keen attention to detail
  • A great influencer and partner to peers
  • Knowledge of the sports & gaming industry is a plus, but not essential
  • A fast-paced multi-tasker with cross-functional project management skills
  • Experience with working with agency partners, along with ability to build effective relationships with key operational partners
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and ability to thrive in high-expectations scenario with many stakeholders
  • Exceptional communicator who inspires the team and can engage CxO level audience on relevant topics in a time efficient manner
  • Passion for innovation and ability to constantly reinvent and test new approaches and new technologies
