As a Creative Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation-owning campaign direction end-to-end, shaping breakthrough ideas and bringing them to life through a blend of creative thinking and AI-enabled production.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a modern creative who can think strategically, prototype rapidly and inspire teams to deliver outstanding, multi-channel campaigns.

What you will be doing-
• Lead the ideation and development of integrated campaigns across TV, digital, social, retail and performance channels
• Translate business objectives, audience insight and market trends into compelling campaign concepts
• Use AI tools to research, prototype and visualise ideas, producing engaging pitch materials and concept mock-ups
• Create multi-format concept explorations including mood films, storyboards, animation tests and video prototypes
• Own campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring consistency, quality and creative excellence
• Present creative ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, articulating the strategic and commercial rationale
• Direct and guide multidisciplinary creative teams, providing clear briefs, feedback and creative leadership
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all outputs align with brand identity, compliance requirements and quality standards
Who we are looking for -

• Proven experience in a Creative Lead, Senior Art Director or similar role delivering integrated campaigns
• Portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaign work across digital, social, video and advertising
• Ability to turn marketing objectives into innovative, audience-focused creative ideas
• Experience using AI tools for concept development, visualisation and creative prototyping
