We are currently looking for Account Review Specialist with German to join our team in Sofia.


As Account Review Specialist you will play a pivotal part in assisting internal stake holders across the business by conducting account reviews and extract the necessary data for high profile cases such as legal or regulatory cases.


You will be reporting to the Customer Relations Manager and will form key relationships with the Legal team, CRO, Compliance, Customer Services, Customer Due diligence, and the AML team.

You will:


  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that account reviews are conducted in a precise and efficient manner.
  • Review key account activity and internal business thresholds.
  • Extract key information from accounts for internal stakeholders.
  • Compile account reviews to the structured template.
  • Communicate with external parties such as legal representatives or account holders.
  • Ensure the correct due diligence is carried out to allow us to correspond with 3rd parties if necessary
  • Review databases across brands to identify and close accounts.
  • Use internal systems such as Oracle Right Now, IMS, Openbet, Zendesk, NYX
  • Reach productivity and efficiency KPIs and taking action to improve where necessary
