We’re currently looking to hire an Advertising Operations Manager to audit and continuously improve the current ad trafficking set-up and assist campaigns from start to finish.

Your Role Within the Team

Your responsibilities include,  to audit and to continuously improve the current ad trafficking set-up, you'll be working alongside Programmatic trading teams to execute and assist campaigns from start to finish.

You'll also be leading the team in all creative testing, and working with our internal teams to support troubleshooting of technical issues as well as implementing and executing creative loading QA process.

 

In addition, you'll liaise across the business with the Creative, Tech and Analytics teams to ensure campaign tracking is set up correctly and manage the relationship with external suppliers such as Ad Server, Creative tools, Brand safety providers, recommending ways of optimising the efficiency of various data providers and assisting and managing junior team members.

 

Skills needed

You'll have at least 2 years extensive Ad Operations experience , including both direct and programmatic channels, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, creative platforms and analytics/tracking solutions.

 

You'll be an expert in using adserving technology, programmatic delivery tools such as DSPs and Audience managers. In addition, you'll have experience working with and optimising against viewability and brand safety metrics from vendors like Moat, IAS and Doubleverify with the ability to troubleshoot tags and set-up discrepancies.

 

A Bachelor's degree is desirable, but not essential.
