Advertising Operations Executive

 

Shaping our business for the future we’re currently looking for a London/Leeds based Advertising Operations Executive to traffic, optimise and monitor our campaigns.

Your Role Within the Team

 

Working closely with the creative team, you'll ensure we have everything we need for campaigns to go live on time. You'll also work closely with other teams to communicate any issues and come up with optimisation solutions that resolve these issues.

You'll also, setup and monitor campaign brand safety verification tools, liaise with external partners for campaign setups and implementations and manage CRM audiences set up in our DMP of choice.

 

In addition, you'll:

 

  • Look after the relationship with external and internal creative partners
  • Manage the revenue optimisation from one of our biggest publishers
  • Service the payment of invoices for some of our partners from PO creation to invoice approval.
  • Ensure brand safety across our programmatic buying and provide regular reporting on creative performance and suggest ways of improving the creative.

 

What we'd love to see from you:

 

  • Ad Operations experience including both direct and programmatic channels, adservers, creative platforms and analytics/tracking solutions
  • Some working experience working with brand safe metrics from vendors like Moat, IAS and Doubleverify.
  • Ability to troubleshoot tags, set ups and discrepancies
  • Experience working of audience segmentation.
