Your role in the team


You'll be responsible for managing and optimising our app store presence and other digital display (UACs, Social, CRM) by working closely with our Brand and Creative teams for the production of performance-driven assets. There will be a key focus on improving TTR’s and driving higher volumes of store view> installs.


You'll have ownership of creative optimisations from beginning to end (scheduling, testing, reporting), and continuously running A/B and multivariate tests for the app listing (screenshots, video, feature graphic, UAC) to increased download conversion rate and store page traffic through data-driven decisions. Your work will need to stay compliant, on brand, in line with platform requirements and relevant to each app's product offerings / USPs.


You'll help identify new opportunities to generate app downloads through a solid backlink strategy. By developing strong relationships with other Marketing teams, you'll drive and support activities with an app-first focus across Social Media, CRM, Digital PR and other ATL activities. 


Working with external agencies and internal stakeholders will enable you to gain insights and identify areas for improvement. In this busy are varied role you'll have the opportunity to support the ASO Manager and other key stakeholders with the overall App strategy, product releases and troubleshooting of the app portfolio.


Your good eye for detail will help you provide weekly, monthly and campaign specific reports, analysing and communicating results to appropriate stakeholders, and making recommendations for key areas of improvement. It's also important to have a focus on meeting & exceeding key KPI requirements such as store page conversion rates, organic acquisition and store ranking. 


Skills needed


Firstly, we'd like to hear all about your interest in sport and the gaming industry! You'll need to bring us some experience in ASO or other app marketing activities - ideally this will include some knowledge of App Store Connect, Google Play Console, AppsFlyer and ASO keyword reporting tools.


We're always busy, so your ability to work under pressure whilst using great attention to detail and due diligence is essential. You must be used to handling critical deadlines and short turnarounds in a fast-paced environment.


You'll need to be confident working with data, reporting, numbers, charts and graphs, and understand how to use data to make decisions.


Your great interpersonal and influencing skills will allow you to build effective relationships and interact with people all levels within the organisation. You'll also need good problem solving skills, excellent English language presentation and communication skills, and a good grasp of MS Office-packages including Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
