Job description

The Application Support Team is integral to Evokes IT infrastructure, ensuring that users have the necessary access to perform their roles effectively while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance. By managing permissions, supporting users, and overseeing access to critical applications, Application Support play a crucial role in supporting Evokes operational success.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Managing Citrix access permissions and resolving connection issues.
  • Identifying user latency issues and suggesting resolution options.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving general application issues.
  • Liaising with the NOC department and escalating global application issues correctly.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues within Jira and confluence.
  • Adding and updating Jira and confluence permissions based on user requirements.
  • Adding Production permissions to new users based in departmental requirements.
  • Updating user permission based on new requirements keeping with in regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Remove access permissions based on security audits.
  • Creating and updating access to third party applications.
  • Configuring and creating user NTS certificates.
  • Support US partners and regulators with citrix and application permissions and application issues.

 

What we're looking for

  • Active directory management experience in a multi domain environment
  • Excellent understanding of AD user and group structures.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for bespoke applications.
  • Understanding of troubleshooting skills to check latency issues based on user location
  • Knowledge of Citrix tools
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools
  • Understanding of Regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements.
  • Understanding of networking.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A minimum of two years prior experience in a IT role with a proven record of application troubleshooting.
  • Two years active directory experience in a multi domain environment.
