We’re seeking a detail-oriented Business Continuity Analyst to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity and crisis management plans  to ensure organisational resilience in the face of disruptions. You’ll collaborate with various departments in the UK and our worldwide locations (in Manila, Bucharest, Krakow, Gibraltar and Malta) to identify potential risks, build upon comprehensive response plans and aid with regular training as required within the businesses.

 

You’ll work alongside the Risk Management Officer for executing the Business Continuity and Crisis Management plan, and execute tasks as required, to maintain the levels as expected from Board and Executive management, for managing evoke’s business continuity risks. This role will be great for you if you have excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of Business Continuity and Risk and the ability to collaborate across departments to foster a culture of resilience.

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Risk Assessment - Identifying potential business continuity and crisis management risks to business operations through regular assessments and analysis
  • Business Continuity Planning - Developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive business continuity plans (BCPs), Business Impact Analysis’ (BIAs) and disaster recovery plans (DRPs).
  • Testing and Exercises - Organising and conducting testing of BCPs and DRPs, including tabletop exercises and simulation drills.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of business continuity policies, procedures, and plans and delivering training and awareness programs to employees on business continuity procedures and best practices
  • Monitoring and Reporting - Tracking compliance with business continuity protocols and provide regular updates to management
  • Working across the organisation to ensure alignment of business continuity efforts
  • Ensuring all business continuity plans comply with relevant regulations and standards
  • Working with the Risk Management Officer to ensure that our compliance with all the regulatory requirements for Business Continuity is documented and evidenced to a high standard and staying informed about industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance our business continuity capabilities.

  • Experience in business continuity planning or a very similar role in a large organisation
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in handling of data, and producing databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, for report writing and familiarity with business continuity and crisis management frameworks, is preferred.
