Reporting to the Campaign Manager you'll work on the collation, creation and deployment of BAU communications vehicles as well as developing relationships with your team and day to day stakeholders. What you will be doing
• Ensure that plans and campaign execution are internally communicated
• Contribute to the sports delivery for our In Life customers, liaising with other teams such as Data & Deliver and our central CRM ops function to ensure that plans are executed flawlessly.
• You’ll be comfortable with data and able to recommend tactical tests to ensure that we are continuously improving.
• Work together with stakeholders, BI, Data & Delivery, CRM Creativity, CRM Strategy amongst others to run our core CRM activities and contribute to larger strategic initiatives, such as the complete overhaul of our customer journeys.
• Present solutions to colleagues to gain buy in and manage the process and workflow to deliver them
• Run and learn from a programme of always on testing to create incremental improvements within our base
• Contribute to the effective reporting on and actioning of findings about campaigns
• Deliver and execute personalised marketing to sports customers, ensuring they stay with us longer, play with us more and recommend us
Who we are looking for

• Have a degree in Marketing or similar and/or some B2C CRM experience
• Have experience of a range of media channels and CRM programmes that provide best-in-class customer experience and drive improved commercial performance
• Have some technical knowledge of databases, HTML, JAVA ad Adobe Campaign/ESP's
• Be data driven, analytical and ability to work with multi-touch campaign strategy
