The CRM Executive will follow and measure the customer’s activity to ensure they’re converted to active players, high value and long-term customers

Your role in the team


You’ll work on reactivation and retention plans to deliver the increased lifetime value of the lapsed gaming customer. You’ll perform the CRM Saves gaming plan, take control of the promotion operational aspects, report and ensure optimization on campaigns. You’ll organise and lead the resources and efforts across various locations and teams to make sure that campaigns are delivered flawless, on time and within the budget.  You’ll use your CRM background to create themes and ideas to engage with the former customers.


Skills Needed


You’ll have a passion for Marketing with commercial experience gained from B2C/ large, online businesses. Gaming or an interest in sports is advantageous but not essential. You’ll be able to understand and translate reports into useful information for you to use with your customer base. You’ll be capable of working to KPI’s and other objectives. You’ll have experience of managing multiple products and dealing with a variety of stakeholders. Experience with data management systems would be beneficial as well as experience of the betting industry and mobile betting platforms- but we do recognise the diverse level of talent outside industry and what you could bring to William Hill. We need a degree of flexibility from you as it requires flexibility to work 5 days out of 7 days a week which includes weekends and evenings on rotating basis..
