What you will be doing:

 

  • Working in to Campaign Manager to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Deliver flawless campaign execution by working to agreed processes and SLAs with Operations and CRM
  • Working with central Business Intelligence and Decision Science teams to analyse the impact of your campaigns and form plans to test and optimize future iterations
  • Ensuring marketing is delivered against agreed tone of voice and brand guidelines
  • Studying customer research and feedback to fully understand customer motivations ensure customer plans are meeting the customer’s needs by segment
  • Work alongside product teams to feed in business requirements to drive product improvements
  • Working closely with various CRM teams to drive optimal customer contact strategy
  • Represent the team, sharing learnings and developing strong working relationships with Business Owners
  • Working as part of a wider team, across multiple locations (London, Leeds, Gibraltar)
  • Reporting to management and peers around marketing performance
  • Becoming an industry expert through constant competitor monitoring

 

Who we are looking for:

 

  • At least 2 years' work experience in eCommerce or Marketing, specifically within the same industry
  • A proven track record of working with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders across multiple locations
  • Strong understanding of the eCommerce business model.
  • Understanding of online customer lifecycles and processes by which to manage them.
  • Process driven. The ability to create, implement and follow processes to deliver flawless customer experience.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Superb communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Highly numerical and analytical, with the ability to take a data driven approach to all key business decisions
