Our Change and Release Management team is a dynamic, close-knit group of eight professionals based in Leeds and Krakow. We’re embedded throughout the business, playing a crucial role in making sure all changes and releases run smoothly, safely, and effectively.
As a Change & Release Analyst, you’ll be the driving force behind change governance and release coordination — ensuring things happen when they should, how they should, and with everyone on the same page.
What you will be doing –
- Responsible for managing the delivery of Infra Changes and Software Releases across test and production environments throughout the Delivery Lifecycle
- Work as a part of product/infrastructure teams to deliver high quality services and ensure business requirements and where necessary prioritisation is fully understood
- Proactively pre-empt and manage risks and issues, providing solutions and escalating as required.
- Run retrospectives on failed changes/releases and own all actions to completion.
- Ensures the Release & Change Management processes are well communicated.
- Build and maintain relationships with peers across Technology, business teams, sub-channel Tech Leads and agree CI/CD strategy
- Forge close working relationships with programme and project managers to ensure delivery of high quality software releases and infrastructure changes.
- Drive continuous improvement in Change and Release management, keeping up with industry best practice and approaches.
