Your role in the team

You'll play a part in supporting the Compliance Operations Change Manager in building, documenting, and executing sophisticated end-to-end Compliance Operational processes that will enable our Compliance Operations Teams to perform at the highest possible levels. You’ll need to balance this with managing projects to deliver our social responsibility and anti-money laundering requirements strategies in an ever-changing regulatory environment. And you’ll be analysing the effectiveness of your work to continuously drive quality.

You’ll need to be on top of your game as you’ll be reporting progress to the Compliance Operations Manager and the rest of the senior leadership team.

Your recommendations will be based on a continuous desire to go one better, data from previous activity and your own understanding of regulatory requirements. You’ll be measured on performance, so you’ll really need to be right on top of results.

To do this you need to engage with a wide range of stakeholders throughout our business, whilst balancing your time between working with the compliance leadership team across multiple locations and working on your own.

What we’d like to see from you:

  • An understanding of Safer Gambling & CDD procedures is preferred
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Confident working using data to analyse and make recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach making suggestions and recommendations
  • Comfortable working in a team and building relationships with other departments
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to organize and prioritise several activities
  • This role is a driving force in a constantly developing landscape, owing to the nature of regulations and emerging technologies. Adapting to the needs of the business to meet our regulatory obligations is a critical task the process lead needs to display and own.
