As a Customer Protection Analyst, you’ll have to ensure that we protect customers from developing gambling problems with the use of working knowledge in Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti Money Laundering (AML) and/or Safer/Responsible Gambling practices in the UK.
Overview of Responsibilities:
• Blended - Approximately 50% voice/ 50% email/chat
• Carry out control checks to ensure that the tools and systems we have in place are working as they should. Daily checks validate that our responsible gambling mechanisms continue to function correctly.
• Run checks against customers that have met certain trigger points that may indicate potential gambling problems
• Identify potential risks and take appropriate action or escalate as needed
• Monitor customer verification processes and identify resolutions to gaps.
• Handles potential compulsive gambling concerns
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/College degree is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Gaming or Sports-betting company
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications – Excel and Word
• Strong research skills
• Robust analytical thinking patterns
• Keen to details and compliance
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Flexible to work on shifting schedule
• Work Onsite arrangement
• Amenable to work in BGC and eventually in Aseana, Macapagal.
