Job description

Our CS Operational Specialists are responsible for the following:
  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support to ensure good communication of bonus rules between departments, including CS support to campaign management process
  • Ensure customer bonuses are accurately credited into customer accounts within agreed SLA’s 
  • Analyze registration journey, identifying gaps, and contacting the customer to complete registration process 
  • Have a genuine interest in helping customers, both internal and external
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Possess excellent listening and communication skills
  • Displays initiative, enthusiasm, and professionalism
  • Delivering on monthly acquisition goals
  • Proactively communicating with new potential customers about our best-in-class products
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Gaming industry experience is preferred 
  • Gives quick and effective speed of service
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in tackling challenges
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Flexibility to perform different tasks and follow procedures correctly
