Job description

Our Customer Support Specialists are responsible for the following:
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Coordinate with sports book colleagues to help resolve customer issues
  • Operate in a team environment with customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints through to resolution
  • Provide information to our customers about their account and transactions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Have a genuine interest in helping customers, both internal and external
  • Possess excellent listening and communication skills
  • Displays initiative, enthusiasm, and professionalism

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Gives quick and effective speed of service
  • Able to handle complaints and difficult situations in a calm and patient manner
  • Ensures high standards, shows initiative, proactivity, and professionalism
  • Flexibility to perform different tasks and follow procedures correctly
  • Has the drive and enthusiasm for personal development
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to type for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to talk on the phone for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to write for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to twist, bend or reach with no significant boundaries
  • This position will be exposed to sounds at 69 decibels.
