Your role in the team


Transformation is afoot in our Global Procurement function, and we’re expanding to meet the needs of a growing and extremely dynamic business. We are innovators, game-changers and pioneers. Online continues to pioneer in the digital world, Retail is bringing innovation to the betting shop experience through our Digital Shops of the Future, and we’re making great strides into multiple new international markets. Coming into this role you will be part of a truly best in class function, you’ll be able to put your stamp on our team, internal stakeholders and key suppliers.  You will be looking for ways to improve and enhance our data reporting, risk assessment and processes and make it yours.


Of course, all this is done through building great relationships. As well as being evaluative with an eye for detail you will possess great communication skills.  You’ll bring us a tenacious approach and the desire to work with colleagues and suppliers to do the right thing.  Ideally you will be looking to make a first step into Procurement.  We work at pace, we are customer and product focused, and we have high expectations.  You can expect self-sufficiency in a high-profile and visible role, which will let you push the boundaries.


What about you?


We recognise that excellent Procurement Analyst skills can be gained in lots of industries (not just sport betting and gaming) and outside of work, so we’d like to hear about your achievements, skills and what makes you stand out. Advanced Microsoft Excel and good Powerpoint skills are essential, as is attention to detail, great communication skills and a cool-headed approach to a busy workload.


It would also be great to have some knowledge of SQL, Power BI (or similar) a degree or equivalent qualification. Even if you are not yet a specialist, bring us a positive attitude and the desire to learn, and we can teach you the tricks of the trade.
