Your role in the team

As we continue to expand our Sportsbook business, we’re looking for a Digital Content Assistant Manager.  You’ll assist the UK Sportsbook Content Manager in the day to day running of the UK Publishing team to ensure all content on the UK Sportsbook site is in line with the overall business strategy. You’ll manage the team’s daily content schedule and organise workload in order to create a balance between forward planning and managing the sensitive real time site operations whilst closely monitoring departmental KPIs in order to make key decisions to drive customer retention.  A people person, you’ll build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders such as Marketing, Design, Gaming, Product, Compliance, Business Intelligence, Trading & Tech teams and be a key contact for the Commercial team, attend planning meetings and feed into the Publishing team to implement, ensuring weekly targets are met.

Skills needed

You’ll need to have a genuine interest in Sports to be able to understand our customers, their behaviours and what they look for in our content. You’ll have worked in online content or other operations teams within the industry. We’re looking for somebody who has strong communication and interpersonal skills, after all you’ll be leading a team to deliver against KPIs and be responsible for their development along the way. You should have an understanding of web analytics and how we use data to drive our decisions as well as being confident in using your own initiative to achieve business goals.

What we offer

Your 25 days holiday is topped up by 12 bank holidays and we offer you a generous pension, Healthcare and Life Assurance as standard.  Gym discounts, and our office sports and social committee activities could be right up your street.  We’ve got an excellent relocation package to support you should you make the move; English is the local language but we can help you and your family with Spanish lessons.
