Your role

Reporting into the Search Optimization Manager, you’ll be supporting the delivery of data analysis to help shape the Search Marketing strategies across our UK brands, William Hill & Mr Green, with a particular focus on improving data reporting to help streamline performance. In your role, you will help manage and build marketing dashboards as well as monitor tracking across the Marketing funnel to ensure all new acquisition are being captured correctly across all our WH Domains.

What you will be doing 

  • Help build out a search marketing dashboard hub which will help support optimization of strategies across PPC, SEO and ASO with the aim to drive a higher % of earned vs paid new customers
  • Provide data that other teams will use to help make data-driven decisions and ensure that the data being captured is accurate in the correct marketing channel
  • Create competitor and market analysis for campaign optimization across Search Marketing to help shape the strategy and BAU+ activity
  • Helping PPC set up, run and report on PPC campaigns including keyword research, ad copy writing and ad group segmentation 
  • Work with external agencies and internal stakeholders to gain insights and identify areas for improvement
  • Support Search Optimization Manager and other key stakeholders with the overall Search Marketing strategy, data analysis and monitoring of search marketing optimization campaigns
  • Provide weekly, monthly and campaign specific reports, analyzing and communicating results to appropriate stakeholders, and making recommendations for key areas of improvement
  • Meeting & exceeding key KPI requirements: Search acquisition, Cost Per Clicks, Sessions and CPA

What we require from you

  • Ideally has previous experience in PPC or other search marketing channels
  • Understanding of how to interpretate and use Power BI, Google Data Studio and Google Adwords
  • Ability to work under pressure, working well both independently and as part of a team
  • Great attention to detail and a passion for due diligence 
  • Used to handling critical deadlines and short turnarounds in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong motivation for conversion driven digital marketing and data driven decision making
  • Confident in reporting and working with data, numbers, charts and graphs
  • Effective interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships and interact with all levels within the organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others; ability to actively identify and prevent potential problems
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in the English language, including written communication
  • Command of MS Office-packages including Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
