End User Computing Analyst
The role objective of an EUC (End User Computing) Analyst is to provide technical support and assistance to end-users with EUC technologies such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals. The EUC Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as assisting with system upgrades, patches, and software installations. They also create and maintain user accounts, email accounts, and security groups, and participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to EUC technologies. The objective of the role is to ensure that end-users have the necessary tools and resources to perform their job functions effectively and efficiently, and to minimize downtime and disruption caused by technical issues.
What you will be doing:
- Assists on maintaining the technical infrastructure and network services to keep systems performing and available.
- Deliver support services to all channels of the business managing issues through to resolution whilst keeping the business impact to a minimum
- Provide end-user computer services across all our locations ensuring the tools used to collaborate effectively are working
- Resolve variety of end-user issues in using IT provisioned systems, software, and hardware
- Support and educate colleagues about network connectivity/security and best practices for computer usage
Who we are looking for:
- Exceptional customer service delivery and ability to work in a team.
- Experience with: Slack, SCCM, MDM Solution knowledge, Basic networking, ITIL/COMPTIA processes, Video conferencing - Teams and Zoom, Integrations, Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Basic Powershell or Bash scripting knowledge
- Effective English communication skills both (verbal and written) and demonstrated competency to interact with people of all levels of the organization and with appropriate external stakeholders
