EUC Country Team Leader

As the EUC Country Team Lead you will be accountable for all corporate computing activities across your location. You will provide leadership to the local team that consists of EUC analysts working with them supporting our colleagues on-site and in the ever-increasing remote working environment.


⦁ Work closely with EUC Manager and Service Desk Manager to agree and implement consistent policies, process, and procedures to support our employee base
⦁ Work closely with local office administration to setup a work class workable environment for our employees
⦁ Making sure that all our employees will have the right hardware and tools to perform their jobs
⦁ Ensuring business continuality in local site
⦁ Driving best practice and continually looking at smarter, modern approaches to supporting a hybrid workforce in fast paced environment 
⦁ Implementing common KPIs and SLAs, using this data to identify and drive improvement opportunities across all locations under your remit.
⦁ Build and maintain a culture of excellence, mentorship, and collaboration; essentially be a world-class leader
⦁ Setting objectives for your team, in-line with departmental and corporate strategy in Regular 1-to-1 catch-ups


⦁ You have 5+ years of relevant professional technical experience
⦁ Expert knowledge of EUC process and approaches
⦁ Automation mindset
⦁ Demonstrable customer focus
⦁ Demonstrable experience of process improvement 
⦁ Ability to work with stakeholders up to director level
⦁ Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
⦁ Strong technical understanding of Microsoft, Mac OS, networking and infrastructure technologies.
⦁ You are passionate about delivering high-quality, effective solutions to enable exciting employee experiences
⦁ You are transparent, communicate clearly and have experience creating high performing teams
⦁ Any industry certification will be considered as an asset
