Job description

Welcome to the future of 3rd line support

We bet we can be a great match

Do you want cool projects focused on online sports betting and gaming? Would you like to work on highly reliable systems with low latency, much like the transactional systems of the best financial institutions, but… with fun included? Would you like to work with some of the best Developers, QAs, DevOps Engineers and Project Managers in Krakow?

About us

Working with us you’ll be at heart of the technological revolution of one the world’s most trusted betting and gaming companies. We deal with projects ranging from widgets, desktop or mobile casinos and betting sites… just to name a few. We process 500 online Sportsbook bets per second each Saturday, that’s the same as orders processed by Amazon UK, on its busiest day of the year. We deal with more than 20 million users and 160 terabytes of data daily. Impressed? You can be sure there are many more challenges waiting for you.

Your role in the team

Our team takes a business-centric approach to desktop engineering team. Here you'll provide support and project delivery for our new Intelligent Workplace programme, introducing desktop visualisation and enterprise mobility management. Whilst picking up on existing in-house technologies Citrix, Airwatch, SCCM and JamF as BAU, you'll also work at the very forefront of the Intelligent Workplace programme, taking responsibility for the delivery of key project milestones that are aligned to drive significant change within the platform. This involves liaising with application owners, stakeholders and infrastructure teams and providing subject matter expertise to all business channels.

You'll be appreciated for being part of something much bigger across multiple channels, contributing not only to EUC team’s goals and initiatives, but enabling William Hill’s latest customer-centric Digital, Cloud and Mobility offerings.

Reporting to the EUC Infrastructure Manager, you'll assist with the development, implementation and daily support of the “desktop” practices, programs and procedures. You'll be an active participant in initiatives designed to ensure our colleagues are able to work anywhere, anytime and on the device of their choice.
