We're looking for a Talent Acquisition partner on a FTC basis to support the delivery of Executive Hiring across evoke Teams. Here you'll be working closely with key 'People Team' stakeholders, business leaders (hiring managers) and reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. The role will work alongside the wider TA team and engage closely with People Directors and external vendor search or headhunt partners to deliver hiring for critical leadership roles.
What you will be doing:
- Managing the delivery of end to end hiring for leadership roles with evoke
- Partnering with People Business Partners, HR Business Partners and other members of the Talent Acquisition team to manage the lifecycle of hiring needs within business areas
- Networking, identifying and maintaining ongoing relationships with external executive hiring search firms and/or head-hunters
- Providing reporting and insights into Executive Hiring activity as part of regular and ad hoc reporting
- Managing the contractual engagement of search activities through the contract lifecycle, including oversight of financial processes/payment
- Supporting the development of centralised executive hiring processes through continuous improvement
- Maintaining and delivering the highest standards of hiring manager and candidate experience through the oversight of the recruiting process
- Liaising with Global Rewards to guide and frame reward packages and engaging and advising business leaders on search processes, exploring candidate profiles and agreeing assessment processes
Who we are looking for:

- Significant experience in managing executive hiring processes, including successful engagement of searches through external vendor partners
- Excellent communication skills with experience of supporting hiring with Senior Leadership profiles, you'll have experience of managing hiring within a range of sectors/functional specialisms - gaming exposure would be an advantage but is not essential
- Commercial acumen and experience responding to rapidly changing talent needs through partnership with business leadership.
- Resilience, tenacity and influence - builds credibility fast and drives alignment with stakeholders to deliver executive hiring. You'll have an adaptable approach to hiring, outcome focused with a reporting and metrics-driven approach.
