What you will be doing
- Mediate and resolve disputes and complaints between online gaming platforms and users in a fair and impartial manner
- Investigate and gather information on complaints and disputes, including reviewing gaming logs, communication records and other relevant data
- Communicate effectively with all parties to understand their perspectives and facilitate a resolution process
- Provide recommendations and solutions to resolve disputes in accordance with industry regulations and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of dispute cases, including documentation of findings, decisions and outcomes
- Monitor trends in disputes and identify opportunities to improve dispute resolution processes and prevent future conflicts
- Collaborate with legal teams, customer support and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations and best practices related to dispute resolution in the online gaming sector as well as upholding confidentiality in handling sensitive information
