As a Campaign Planner you’ll be responsible for end to end planning and delivery of Gaming campaigns.  You’ll understand the product, the customer life cycle and how to reengage with the customer, all whilst working closely with CRM teams (Early Life, Yield, Saves, VIP, X-Sell) to drive optimal customer contact strategy.

Working in to the P&L Performance Manager you’ll plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. You’ll be required to deliver flawless campaign execution by working to agreed processes and SLA's with Gaming Operations and CRM. You will working with our dedicated Business Intelligence and Decision Science teams to analyse the impact of your campaigns and form plans to test and optimize future iterations, ensuring marketing is delivered against agreed tone of voice and brand guidelines.

You’ll have a couple of years experience in Marketing and it would help if you came from the Gaming industry but this is not essential.  We do however have strong ambitions for international expansion so you’ll need to be fluent in Spanish please. You’ll be process driven being able to create, implement and follow processes to deliver flawless customer experience.  You’ll also have superb communication, organisational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
