We have an opportunity for you - the role of German Team Manager, responsible for our Mr Green brand. Don’t hesitate to apply for the role and progress in your career.


We are looking for a person with proficiency in German, previous experience in a managerial role, strong coaching skills and ability to achieve results through motivating and influencing others. Our Mr Green support team has been recently established and you will be responsible to further grow the team in size and skills.

What will be your role?

  • Coach and support a group of advisors and in the future, a subject matter expert
  • Develop the behaviours and competencies of your team, in order to meet customer expectations, provide impeccable experience and reach delivery targets
  • Review the performance of your group and provide feedback on quality of service, productivity and metrics
  • Support the business owners by collecting and sharing ideas, and customer feedback on product and process improvement opportunities

A variety of tools, such as internal quality checks, customer satisfaction surveys, and data reports, will help you to assess the performance of your team members. 

Your other main priorities will be ensuring a fair and consistent application of working policies, oversight of team and individual performance to KPI’s and other objectives, hiring, scheduling, shift operational support and administrative tasks, related to the German team. 


You will work in shifts, weekends and official holidays included.


Requirements for taking on the position include: 

  • Official written communication is in English and we require excellent verbal and written language skills. Other main factors for a successful application include:
  • 2 years of experience in a call center or BPO company
  • PC literacy; Advanced levels in Excel and Word
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to respond to and lead change
  • Proven ability to resolve complex problems with minor direction and assess issues objectively
