As a HR Co-Ordinator this role really is there to support all elements of HR and communicate effectively throughout the business whilst also being involved in current and upcoming projects - For someone who likes variation in their role or is looking for a step up from an HR Administrator role, this is perfect!

 

Your role in the team

 

You'll support the People Leaders for Group and Reward in the delivery of high quality transactional processes and query handling for all aspects of the employee lifecycle and HR calendar. You will focus on customer experience, stakeholder management, quality control, data accuracy and HR expertise. You will be delivering improvements based on team and customer feedback and supporting the delivery of our Shared Services Contact Centre function for UK Group employees.

 

More specifically, this role will:

 

  • Work closely  with Rewards, Group & Retail HR Admin Teams, Payroll, HR Systems, Recruitment and Rewards, to plan and allocate resources and responsibilities across the service to ensure the delivery of HR services in line with SLAs and cut-offs.
  • Support on senior hires contract and benefit administration as well as key onboarding processes and initiatives such as the Welcome to WH Induction.
  • Support the People Leader and People Partners on administering internal promotions, by processing paperwork and updating HR systems, including SAP Success Factors.
  • Manage invoicing and crediting for a number of third-party providers, including My Choices, TFL, Eden Red, BUPA, AXA, ensuring service continuity.
  • Support on any restructures and redundancies with timely documentation and expert HR process advice and guidance.
  • Support Global Mobility through assisting with right to work and visa enquiries, and the relocation process ensuring our colleagues are well supported and agreed provider relationships maintained.
  • Support day to day management of HR cycle processes and workflows.
  • Manage, track and report on HR transactional process delivery performance, such as query management, employee record management, data input, and document production, against the agreed procedures, quality controls, SLAs, KPIs and legislative requirements (e.g. GDPR).
  • Forge strong working relationships with a wider GO2HR team, ensuring effective and consistent channels of communication and collaborative working.

 

What we'd love to see from you

 

  • Driven to deliver an outstanding and bespoke customer service
  • Experience of HR, Benefit and contractual Administration including VIP service for Senior stakeholders
  • Previous experience of Relocation administration and Visa immigration processes an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to build key relationships on all levels
  • Strong IT skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and analytic tools
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to listen and connect with team and customer
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes - knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous
  • Enjoys working in a team environment with strong collaboration skills
  • Identifies and embraces new ways of working with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Driven by deadlines and working to targets
