We are a dynamic operational department within the People structure, supporting over 300 employees at our location and assisting leaders and managers across various sites. Our mission is to foster an environment where employees can thrive and develop in a culture of trust and safety. We provide a strong foundation for anyone looking to build a successful career in HR and we are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Operations Specialist to join our team!

Working with us means gaining valuable experience in HR, especially in the field of Polish Labour Law. It's a challenging yet rewarding opportunity that will kickstart your career in HR while developing your skills in employee relations, payroll, data management, and HR process creation.


What you will be doing

  • Preparing reports and analyses supporting decision-making
  • Managing and updating data in HR systems, ensuring their accuracy and compliance
  • Preparing payroll input
  • Close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Managers and Team Leaders and support in current HR issues
  • Participation in creating HR rules and processes supporting team development
  • Preparing onboarding
  • Cooperates with candidates before starting work - both during the process and after it!
  • Benefits administration and overseeing HR programs and policies


Who we are looking for

  • Have solid experience in a similar HR position in an international environment
  • Have fluent Polish and advanced level of English with excellent communication skills, proactive and positive
  • Be able to multi-task and set priorities
  • Have knowledge of Polish Labour Code and experience of calculating wages
