What you will be doing
- Preparing reports and analyses supporting decision-making
- Managing and updating data in HR systems, ensuring their accuracy and compliance
- Preparing payroll input
- Close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Managers and Team Leaders and support in current HR issues
- Participation in creating HR rules and processes supporting team development
- Preparing onboarding
- Cooperates with candidates before starting work - both during the process and after it!
- Benefits administration and overseeing HR programs and policies
Who we are looking for

- Have solid experience in a similar HR position in an international environment
- Have fluent Polish and advanced level of English with excellent communication skills, proactive and positive
- Be able to multi-task and set priorities
- Have knowledge of Polish Labour Code and experience of calculating wages
