Here at evoke we are looking for a visionary and data-driven Head of Marketing Analytics to lead our analytics function and drive marketing effectiveness across the organization. In this leadership role, you will oversee the development of advanced analytical strategies, guide a high-performing team, and turn complex data into actionable insights that shape marketing decisions, optimize performance, and deliver measurable business impact.
What you will be doing
- Embed a regular way of working within the Performance Marketing analytics space to ensure data is being exploited to optimise marketing spend across the globe
- Drive the development of a unified suite of reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to enable consistent, efficient, and aligned performance monitoring and storytelling across the business
- Work in close collaboration with the Directors of BI & Data Operations and Commercial & Customer Analytics
- Partner with the Director of Martech Automation and Director of Performance Marketing to ensure data processes are complete to enable a complete analytical data set is being populated
- Establish working relationships with Marketing Directors and central marketing services to deliver analytical support against top priorities
- Drive forward recommendation and value-add culture within team to secure profit-centre status within of the team
- Collaborate with team to drive forward team engagement through development plans and other strategies

- Excellent analytics skills and will have a wealth of experience working in a Marketing analytics role where large volumes of online/offline marketing data are being processed and analysed
- Extensive experience in advising in spend allocation and informing digital marketing strategies to commercial and financial stakeholders
- Demonstrates a remarkable ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a team including offshore members
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics
