Do you have a passion for sports and a great knowledge of the betting and gambling market? We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join us as Head of Commercial Football & Sports! This will suit you if you consider yourself eager and engaging, with a varied gaming background including commercial marketing. Reporting to the Director of Football & Sports you'll get to work with various stakeholders to ensure the commercial success of the Football vertical for both online and retail.
What you will be doing
- Responsible for the profit & loss of all Football propositions, closely working with the Customer Reward Team to ensure effective balance of customer offer & profit
- Part of the Football & Other Sports Leadership Team - focused on driving team engagement and strategic alignment across all sports
- Evaluation and reporting of propositions - working with Commercial Finance and BI to understand performance
- Working with Trading, Campaign and Marketing on the short-term propositions calendar
- Liaise with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure effective implementation of propositions across both retail and online
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly presentations of our propositions plan and performance
- Liaise with Marketing to ensure that propositions are communicated and executed within the channel effectively

- Deep knowledge and understanding of competitor product set and company with an understanding of online and retail customer experience
- Clear experience of working across multiple functions and stakeholders with the ability to investigate and instigate business strategies
- Commercially minded with an understanding of how to relate proposition offerings to customer engagement and ultimately commercial performance
- Highly numerical and analytical with the ability to take a data driven approach to all key business decisions as well as a deep understanding of online and retail betting and the existing marketplace
