Job description
Content Ops engages closely with different functions across the company to streamline content release and establish a long term roadmap of content and new providers – Tech, Compliance, Product, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, Payments, Testing and others still. Content Ops is in constant contact with dozens of 3rd party content suppliers, from the largest groups in the igaming industry (like Evolution, Playtech, LnW, Pragmatic Play) to small start-up from across the globe.
Reporting to the Group Head of Gaming Content, the Head of Content Operations manages a team of about 15 content talents which are arranged in several market-based teams across several evoke sites (including Leeds, London, GiB, Malta, Bucharest, Riga and Tel Aviv), each responsible for all content requirement of a given market
What you will be doing
- Lead the Content Operations group to unify and optimize release processes across all brands/markets
- Ensure full transparency across the business om releases status and roadmap.
- Drive the development and delivery of financial KPIs through preparation and execution of detailed tactical growth and marketing plans.
- Lead and develop the Content Operations group to support and deliver evoke’s long term strategy of revenues, product and marketing.
- Driving force behind all casino marketing activities
- Partner with Marketing teams to develop and execute Casino campaigns, roadmaps and player
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to deliver the casino product roadmap Understanding of technology flows, integrations, configurations and setups
- Keep up-to-date with market and industry knowledge and ensure all games offerings and relationships with suppliers are compliant with all relevant regulations
Who we are looking for

- Managerial experience, preferably managers manager, who can motivate and harness his team members to evoke's vision and business goals
- Strong igaming industry background, in an operator or supplier in a content ops or product role - must understand technical flows and dependencies.
- Data centric with strong analytical skills, experience with dashboards such as PowerBI, Tablaue
- Led/been involved in business negotiations, agreements reviews and legal discussions around commercials.
