William Hill has a brand new requirement for a Head of Marketing Product & Operations to work in our swanky new offices in London’s West End.  This key role is an amazing opportunity to build and influence the future of our Marketing Operations and Product teams. 


As a strong manager you’ll effectively manage the Product and the Marketing teams whilst being responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the internal / external marketing platforms and systems. The systems support a large scale, multi-channel organisation delivering numerous campaigns concurrently.  You'll define their identity, motivate and put ideas into action to ensure campaigns run smoothly.  You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders (PPC, Affiliates, Display) as well external 3rd party platforms such as Google and Facebook and engage with Planning, Strategy and Operations to ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard.


Whether you come from an agency or eCommerce / digital marketing business, you’ll have gained a broad range of relevant experience to take on this role.  You’ll possess strong man-management skills and have the ability to work in a changing environment. You’ll have experience of studying marketing performance and working with tracking system, providing guidance to your team.
