Job description

HR works in the heart of William Hill to provide customer service and back office support to our shops and retail division.  We need HR Assistants to support the HR team to deliver the best in class employee experience on a 9 month fixed term basis, which will give you fantastic opportunity to gain further skills from a multi-national business.  

As HR Assistant you’ll be required to deliver high volume transactional data input and query resolution through the telephone and email service, providing basic contractual advice on HR policy and procedures. You’ll be responsible for processing and maintaining all people data within the HR system ensuring adherence to company processes and procedures to deliver a quality, customer focused service in a timely manner.


You’ll ideally have gained some HR or Administrative exposure from a customer service environment or similar. You’ll be used to dealing with customers over the phone, be able to follow strict SLA’s, KPI’s. You’ll be process driven and have a high level of accuracy when inputting data relating to contracts and bonuses.
