Intern Opportunity at Grand Parade, Krakow – Junior HR Administration Specialist

We are looking for an HR Intern to work closely with our local HR operating team and help us build a great place to which people what to join and where they love to stay. 

 

You will be able to learn about all administrative HR activities related to employee life cycle changes (i.e. administering new hires, promotions, leavers, organizational changes and data management), maintain and update personnel records in HR internal systems. You will also communicate directly with our employees and managers and support them with their questions.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • You’re a Student or recently qualified University Graduate - preferably in HR, Administration or Economics but we are open to all disciplines
  • You are fluent in Polish and English, both verbal and written communication
  • You have an interest in and good understanding of Polish labour law
  • You have a genuine desire to develop and learn in HR administration
  • You have a pro-active, can-do attitude and like to help wherever your skills can bring us forward
  • You are a great communicator and a team player, you can work collaboratively with colleagues from different cultures
  • Your strengths include organizational skills with a strong attention to details, ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion
  • You have strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • You are available to work full time through summer period - from 01.07 till 30.09
