Job description

Junior Producer

Location: London

Who we are:

We are a dynamic small team of creative professionals that sits within the William Hill Brand Centre of Excellence. We are an internal creative group, responsible for the creation of a wide range of creative assets and integrated campaign projects – from the delivery of our iconic brand identity around the world, to the production of world-class, Global omni-channel commercial campaigns.

Our mission is to be the ‘go-to-team’ for International campaigns and creative brand design, delivering excellent creative solutions for the William Hill portfolio of brands.  We strive for effective, clutter-smashing creativity in everything we do and have a passion for driving new and innovative developments in the disciplines we cover.

We deliver work through a combination of in-house experienced production and creative specialists and a roster of curated Creative Partners and Agencies.

About You:

You will need experience of producing marketing campaign content, and overseeing multiple projects at one time, as well as a passion for providing solutions that get results. You will have integrated skills – at the very least a great knowledge of other production disciplines and techniques, if not experience for digital, print and broadcast/film. You have experience with producing high-end work and an intimate understanding of what is needed to bring a kernel of an idea to life.

It'll be down to you to contribute to an array of digital projects, varying in size and complexity. You'll work closely with Senior Creatives, UX/UI Designers and other digital creatives and developers to deliver the highest possible standard of work. You'll have excellent project and  IT skills which you will utilise through leading multi-faceted projects from the initial brief to completion, scheduling the implementation, balancing resource, and staying in regular contact with colleagues and stakeholders through to delivery.

You'll need good attention to detail, experience in producing a broad range of digital content across a variety of channels and be able to plan, budget and deliver end to end projects as well as manage multiple projects at the same time. We're looking for someone who is motivated, organized and can work smartly to create cost efficiencies and deliver quality outputs.

Responsibilities:

You specialise in stewarding projects from initial briefing through launch and kick-start new projects by reaching out to people and being the point of contact. You'll be responsible for exceeding expectations and leading the production on our behalf, ensuring timely delivery of production. You will be bringing together projects over across teams, disciplines, time zones and technologies, ensuring cost-effectiveness. You'll be the person bringing the right talent together and building relationships, liaising closely with 3rd party suppliers to drive the production process. In short, this is an 'end to end' project management role.

What we offer

We take the safety and wellbeing of our employees seriously, especially at this challenging time. We have put in place robust Covid19 measures and are supporting our new employees with a smooth onboarding and training programme and making you feel welcome and part of our team.

We are welcoming our teams back to the office, however, we want to offer a balanced approach to office and home working - now and for the long-term future. We know that not everyone is the same, many people have embraced home working, whilst others can’t wait to get back. Therefore, we are offering our employees the opportunity to work from home up to 80% of the time with 20% of office time built in to ensure we get some face to face collaborative team time -  and the chance for a coffee and a catch up!
